Residential
NovaStar's residential team engages in standard agency real estate brokerage for buyers and sellers. We are a full service brokerage and do not participate in limited service offerings. NovaStar represents clients in the resale and new homes marketplace. We provide the expertise to clients on purchases and sales of both primary residences and investment assets. This agency includes:
- Single Family dwellings
- Multi-family dwellings
- Income producing residential assets
NovaStar's also assists clients in the disposal of non-performing assets. The properties are often “at risk” properties due to pending or final foreclosure actions. This category of product requires special skills in order to work out acceptable financial terms and conditions with lending institutions.
