Our Market
NovaStar's local market emphasis is to serve clients in the Northern Virginia including of Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William, and Fauquier Counties, Cities of Falls Church, Alexandria, and Fairfax and the District of Columbia. Our market area for Maryland includes the Counties of Montgomery,Prince Georges, Anne Arundel and Howard. Other locations will be considered on a case by case basis. Often NovaStar participate in referrals to those areas when a local expert who can best serve our clients. In these instances, NovaStar will retain consultative responsibilities in providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the real estate process.
The Products
Residential properties include both resale properties and new home construction. We work with medium - higher end priced properties, but also have agents available to represent first-time home buyers. The properties types include:
